Sample requirements:

1) Place two gallons per sample in a clear, sealed plastic bag.
2) Store immediately in a freezer or cold place until mailed. 
3) Mail on a Monday or Tuesday to reduce sample deterioration during shipping.
4) Complete one entry form per sample.
5) Ship sample, completed entry form, and entry fee to:

1) Package at least 25 lbs of material. Place the representative sample in an airtight container such as a garbage bag. 
2) Store immediately in a freezer or cold place until mailed. 
3) Mail on a Monday or Tuesday to reduce sample deterioration during shipping.
4) Complete one entry form per sample.
5) Ship sample, completed entry form, and entry fee to:

Due Date: July 10th, 2024
Sample requirements:

1) Package at least 25 lbs of hay using twine or wire to hold it in bale form. If sending by mail or courier, package bale in a box, but do not enclose it in a garbage or plastic bag. The moisture in the bale can cause damage to the bale under heated conditions.
2) Complete one entry form per sample.
3) Ship sample, completed entry form, and entry fee to:
