Dairyland routinely receives and analyzes feed samples from throughout the world. The process for submitting samples from outside of the U.S. is as follows:

1. Complete FDA Prior Notice Assistance Form - complete and return to info@dairylandlabs.com

2. Dairyland Completes FDA Prior Notice - Include a copy of all import paperwork both inside and outside of your shipping package.
    
3. Complete Feed Submission Form -  Include this inside your shipping package.

4. All international sample analysis must be pre-paid. Dairyland accepts both Visa and Mastercard payments.  A Dairyland representative will contact you for payment once samples arrive in our laboratory.
